FCT Fire Service Sensitizes FMBN Staff On Fire Preventive Measures

In a bid to ensure work safety in its workplace, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) in collaboration with the FCT Fire Service yesterday at the bank’s corporate headquarters in Abuja, had fire drills and sensitization for staff.

Madu Hamman, FMBN’s Managing Director noted the importance of safety in workplaces and added that management intends to prioritize and support efforts to equip staff with proper knowledge on measures to preventive fire outbreak .

He expressed gratitude to the FCT Fire Service Team, led by the Controller and Acting Director, Engr. Sani Saidu for their participation in the important exercise.

“We understand the importance of safety in the workplace, and as new management, we intend to prioritize it, Madu emphasised.

“We have a large head office and several others in each state across the country. Therefore, we encourage and support efforts to ensure that our staff are aware of fire prevention and control measures precautions”, he added.
