“I wonder how Nigerians just talk about housing, housing, housing and not planning”, he said.
Ayinde commended the AHIS and its convener, Barr. Festus Adebayo for being very supportive of planning which he said has been the “bedrock for the provision of housing” in the country.
“The Nigerian Institute of Town Planners’ calendar of events does not happen until we have asked Festus Adebayo what schedule does AIHS has for the year so that we will not miss it, Ayinde said.
“The Abuja International Housing Show has been very supportive of planning and the truth is I would love to say that we are in this with you and we will continue to collaborate with you until we are able to achieve the dream of housing provision in the country”, Ayinde concluded.
