At a 2 Day workshop organized for Staff of the Finance and Accounts department as well as the Audit Unit of the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) last week in Abuja, the Director-General of the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI), Prof. Samson Duna urged the trainers to impact on the participants practical aspects of the workshop for it to be felt.
Prof. Duna added that as an effective way of impacting its employees with necessary procedures, it will increase productivity and develop strong job satisfaction.
Duna gave four core mandates where his stewardship will concentrate more and they include, training and acquiring additional qualifications, purchasing of best equipment in terms of research, facilities/work environment and staff welfare.
