The Senate Committee on Lands, Housing and Urban Development led by its Chairman, H.E. Sen. Sam Egwu, paid a visit to one of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)’s funded estates, the I Connect Estate in Enugu, as part of its oversight functions. The estate which comprise a four bedroom detached bungalows, is situated at Phase 06, Trans Ekulu Layout , beside New GRA, Enugu.

While commending the management of FMBN, Sen. Egwu also said that the quality of work at the estate which began in 2019 and completed in record time is exemplary.
The housing estate is fitted with facilities including roads, proper drainages, water and electricity, and neighborly spaces. It is financed under the FMBN Cooperative Housing Development Loan (CHDL) window.
Reports say that the houses are all fully subscribed by NHF contributors in the state.
