The Rivers State Executive of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), led by State Chairman Ory Martins, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Honorable Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Benebo Anabraba.
This strategic meeting is aimed at promoting collaborations on housing development and enhancing the quality of real estate in Rivers State. The Commissioner for Housing extensively discussed the Rivers State Housing policy, highlighting Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara’s commitment to transforming the housing sector. He highlighted that, the governor’s vision aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring affordable and sustainable housing for all.
As the principal agency and umbrella body for Nigeria’s organized real estate sector, REDAN is dedicated to ensuring affordable housing for all Nigerians. The association’s collaboration with the Rivers State Government marks a significant step towards achieving this goal.
By working together, REDAN and the Rivers State Government seek to create a better living environment for citizens, driving economic growth and sustainable development in the state.
