In line with the renewed commitment to ensuring quality project delivery, the Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, last week led a team to inspect work on the 1,250-housing unit of Mega-City, along Kubwa Expressway, behind Mobile Police Barracks, Kubwa, Abuja.

Arc. Dangiwa expressed delighted at the pace of work at the project site and was impressed by the property developer Brains & Hammers who said they are there to ensure strict adherence to standards and quality.

Mega-City which is one of several plans for construction comprises 650 2-bedroom bungalows and 600 3-bedroom bungalows.
It is part of the 5,000 housing units that the bank plans to deliver under the Federal Government’s National Economic Sustainability Plan (NESP). The cities are historic in the size of units delivered per project site.
