President and Chairman of Council, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, ESV Victor Alonge PNIVS, was on Wednesday October 30, 2024 honoured with a special recognition by his Alma Mater in the Faculty of Environmental Design & Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State for building an incredible portfolio of professionalism, hard work, and integrity, and also for his exemplary leadership, remarkable achievements and significant contributions to the academic vibrancy of the Faculty
The esteemed Faculty, where the President honed his academic talents bestowed on him a prestigious Award of Recognition, a testament to the indelible mark he has left on the annals of the Faculty and the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
The President who attended the grand ceremony organized by his alma mater, was honoured among other high calibre personalities, including the Deputy Governor of Lagos State Dr. Obafemi Hamza and other old students of the institution,l including the Chairman of EVARBON, ESV(Asiwaju) Dosu Fatokun, PPNIVS, ESV (Chief) Sumbo Onitiri, FNIVS and ESV (Otunba) Ademola Popoola, FNIVS
Upon receiving the honor, President expressed profound gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor, OAU, Professor A.S. Bamire, Dean, Faculty, of Environmental Design & Management, Professor O.A. Ogunba, President, Environmental Design & Management Alumni Association and ESV Bode Adediji, PPNIVS, acknowledging the profound significance of such recognition from the hallowed halls where he once pursued his studies.
The award, he pledged, will spur him to contribute more to making the faculty a pride in academic performance.
