Nasarawa Government Lauds Federal Ministry of Works and Housing

The Deputy Governor of Nasarawa state, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe while hosting the Director of Public Building and Housing, Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Architect Solomon Labafilo lauded the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing for its efforts in addressing the housing deficit in the country.

Akabe gave the commendation while hosting delegates of the ministry in his office yesterday.

Dr. Akabe while appreciating the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola for choosing Nasarawa State for housing projects, he commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the initiative aimed at bridging the nation’s housing deficit.

He also added that the state is determined to develop the housing sector, saying it is one of the areas the state government is investing in hence, the collaboration with the Federal Mortgage Bank for the construction of additional housing units for civil servants in Kwandare, Lafia North Development Areas.
