Co-founder, Land Republic, Victor Adesewa at an event while allocating Vert City, a new gated eco-friendly estate at Ketu-Ejirin Epe recently assured that clients would enjoy every bit of their investment in years to come.
Adesewa said that Vert City is one of the firm’s strategic projects due to the various developments taking place around Epe, such as the Media and Film City, the Central Food and Logistics Hub, the Psychiatric Hospital, and Lekki-Epe International Airport, among others.
Also, Ayodeji Ajuwon, co-founder and chief operations and technology officer, during the allocation, assured clients of the safety of their property, while stressing the trustworthiness of the firm.
Obi Emeka, a customer, expressed contentment with his land purchase.
“I am lucky to have bought a piece of land here because of the massive development I can see around me, and in the years to come, this location will be one of the most sought-after locations in the state. If I am inspired by God to make more money, I will buy more land from the Land Republic,” he said.
He further encouraged others to get land in Epe from the firm because according to him the firm is a trustworthy real estate company to deal with.
Another customer, Folashade Adeyanju was equally impressed with the work of the organisation.
“My close friend introduced me to the firm and to be honest, I am impressed with what I have seen so far, the organisation and the results.
Despite the fact that I was skeptical before I invested, my friend assured me of their work, and seeing it today is just exciting, and I am pleased with it,” she said.
Similarly, Gbadebo Toheeb, lauded the company’s professionalism. He expressed his admiration for Land Republic, stating that he had dealt with several real estate companies in the past, but the organisation is exceptional. He was thrilled to see his property with the assurance that it was secure.
Vert City is one of Land Republic’s real estate development projects set in the top-rated residential city in Lagos, along Ketu-Ejirin road, Epe.
