The President of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) , ESV Victor Alonge, PNIVS represented the Institution at the 2024 Archibuilt Exposition in Abuja as a Special Guest. This year’s event, which was held on monday, 10th September 2024, was organised by the Nigerian Institute of Architects, and focused on the theme “Innovations in Sustainable Construction.”

While extending congratulatory messages to the Institute on its impactful initiative, the NIESV President emphasised the importance of collaboration among professional bodies in the country. He noted that in other countries, professionals play a vital role in supporting the government and policymakers with their expertise. “We must work together as a team for the good of our society,” he encouraged.

In his remarks, the President extended his sincere appreciation to the Institute for hosting such a significant exposition. He reaffirmed the Institution’s commitment to fostering a strong partnership with the Nigerian Institute of Architects, stating, “Let us work hand in hand to drive innovation and pave the way for a sustainable future.”

In attendance at the exposition were notable dignitaries, including the former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Namadi Sambo, GCON, the Honourable Minister of Housing and Urban Development, *Arc. Ahmed Dangiwa, FNI, Presidents of Allied Professions, and other esteemed guests.
