The Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa yesterday said FMBN is willing to support AMAC’s Investment and Property Development Company (AIPDC) in its housing development drive.
Dangiwa while making this known during a courtesy call by officials of the company to the Bank in Abuja, he tasked relevant FMBN departments to work with AIPDC in ensuring its registration as a National Housing Fund (NHF) participating entity, onboarding its staff, and compliance with other statutory requirements.

He noted that doing so will lay the platform for AIPDC to take advantage of the various housing construction windows such as the Cooperative Housing Development Loan (CHDL), Ministerial Pilot Housing Scheme to power its housing development plans.
The FMBN boss also added that the Bank had provided home renovation loans totaling over 150million to AMAC LGA staff – who contribute to the National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme – but decried the mounting arrears on the loans. He highlighted the need for AMAC LGA beneficiaries to ensure timely payment.
