Kingsley U.N. Chikwendu —
The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)/Labor Unions Estate in Ilara Oke, Akure, the Ondo State Capital, is a 100-housing unit project that began in 2018 but, is now fully completed with civil servants in the state targeted as off-takers.
The estate which comprises 40 units three – bedroom flat, 40 units two – bedroom flats, and 20 units one – bedroom flat, all semidetached, has been more than 60% subscribed. Although, subscribers are yet to occupy the houses. It has facilities such as roads, drainages, water and electricity supply, recreational centers, and worship centers.
