FMBN Is Making Home-Ownership Possible for Nigerians

As part of its funding projects, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has delivered a 3-bedroom apartment at the Federal Housing Estate, Ibapon, Ogbomosho to Oladayo Awodele.

Awodele is a tertiary institution staff in the state and contributor to the National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme.

The estate has a total of one hundred flats. FMBN provided NHF Mortgage loans to NHF contributors to own the houses.

Mr. Oladayo secured the 3—bedroom flat, which cost N8.1 million with an NHF loan from FMBN and expected to pay back the loan at a 7% interest rate over his remaining years in service.
