The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) last Tuesday commissioned three housing estate projects comprising 351 affordable homes in Kano, the state capital.
This is in continuation of the second phase of the FMBN’s 2023 nationwide housing commissioning drive, marking another important milestone in it’s efforts to curb housing deficit in the country.
:FMBN Inaugurates Housing Units In Anambra State
While the first project consists of 100 housing units of 1-bedroom terrace, 2-bedroom semi-detached, and 3-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, the second project comprises 122 housing units of similar fashion.
Also, the third project has 129 housing units of various types, including 1-bedroom terrace, 2-bedroom semi-detached, 3-bedroom semi-detached, and 3-bedroom fully detached bungalows.

The housing projects are fully funded by the FMBN, under the Ministerial Pilot Housing Scheme (MPHS) project.
