The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) completed and commissioned its Federal Housing Estate, Phase Two that is located in Ibapon, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, it is a walk able distance from the popular Oyo-Ogbomosho Road at the of city.
The estate consist of 12 units of one-bedroom terraces, 40 units of two bedrooms and 48 units of three bedrooms semi-detached bungalows amounting to the total of 100 housing units.
This particular project was completed and commissioned in year 2017 and made available to members of the Achievers Cooperative Society that consist of both the formal and informal sectors individuals.
The estate is fully equipped with the necessary facilities like good roads, drainage system, portable water, electricity and street lights.
