FMBN Confirms Support For RATTAWU In Homeownership Drive

In its drive to ensure access to affordable homes for its members nationwide, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has expressed willingness to assist the Radio, Television, Theatre, and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU).

The Managing Director, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa made this known this during RATTAWU’s courtesy visit to the Bank’s Head Office in Abuja last week to discuss affordable homeownership options for its members. The team was led by the RATTAWU National President, Comrade Dr. Kabir Garba Tsanni.

The FMBN boss also confirmed that FMBN is committed to ensuring that RATTAWU and Nigerians, both in the public and private sectors, have access to decent and secure accommodation through affordable mortgage financing.

“We recognize the role RATTAWU is playing as the watchdog of the society and are willing to ensure that your members have access to decent and quality homes through our housing products, Dangiwa noted.

“We encourage unions like you to take maximum advantage of the various FMBN loan products”, he added.
