The Federal Housing Authority has summoned one of its executives, Abdulmumin Jibrin, the Director of the Bola Tinubu Social Mobilization Group, over allegations of misconduct.
According to Daily Trust, the invitation letter to Jibrin was signed by Zubairu Namama, the Chairman of the Investigtaive/Disciplinary Panel and urged him (Jibrin) to appear before the panel.

The letter which partly read “please, recall the query issued to you by the Managing Director/CE over the allegations of serious misconduct in the course of your official duties, and your deliberate refusal to respond to the query as required by the Rules of Public Service as applicable to public officers”.
The panel further added that the question of the disciplinary action against Jibrin “include termination of or dismissal will be brought forward and you are required to appear before the panel personally to defend yourself.
You are also entitled to call witnesses, if need be”.
The letter also stated that Jibrin’s failure to honour the invitation would not validate the proceedings of the panel.
A source at the FHA in a chat with Daily Trust, confirmed that Jibrin was summoned for absconding from his duties for nearly 90 days.
“He’s campaigning for Tinubu. Did he resign or leave? Who permitted him to do that? These are questions he need to answer”, the source said.
