The Northern Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) on Thursday 20th of June 2024 presented an exemplary leadership award of excellence to Engr. Prof. Samson Duna Director-General/CEO of the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute and Engr. Isah Dantala the Director of Procurement and Maintenance Department. This took place during the NYCN courtesy visit to the NBRRI headquarters in Abuja.
The awards were presented to the recipients in recognition of their contributions and commitments towards the growth of youth education, moral development and progressive future as well as for their upwardly mobile and digital approach to administrative, professionalism in service and public spiritedness. In his citation, the NYCN president Mr. Abubakar Isah praised Engr. Dantala as a role model, a global citizen and a philanthropist. According to him, Dantala is an inspiration to Nigerian youths.
