The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria ( REDAN) has condemned the unauthorised representation, issuance of statements and, Granting of Interviews by Mr. Bamidele Onalaja, past Chairman of Lagos State Chapter.
A statement signed by Mr Saka John reads ” The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) wishes to inform the public and stakeholders in the housing industry of the unauthorised representation by Mr. Bamidele Onalaja, Managing Director/CEO of RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Ltd, as the Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of the Association.
The 6th REDAN Executive Council that Mr. Bamidele Onalaja served, was dissolved on 22nd February 2024.
We have observed that Mr. Onalaja, whose tenure has lapsed and the executive council that he served has been dissolved, continues to present himself as the Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of the Association. We strongly condemn this action in its entirety.
REDAN has established internal mechanisms for addressing grievances, well known to Mr. Onalaja.
He should use such available channels if aggrieved. We wish to remind all housing stakeholders that REDAN plays a crucial role in housing development in Nigeria and must be managed by individuals of impeccable character.
REDAN remains committed to promoting positive change, transparency, integrity in his fold and will continue to work diligently to uphold discipline and professionalism.
