Madu Hamman, the Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has assured members of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN) that the automation of the Bank’s business processes to bolster operational efficiency is at an advanced stage of completion.
Hamman stated this when leadership of MBAN led by its president, Mr. Ebilage Mac. Yoroki visited the bank last week at it’s headquarters in Abuja, the Nigerian capital.
While explaining that the Management Team has prioritized speedy implementation of the FMBN Core Banking Software, Hamman also added that the first module which would optimize internal operations is already live.
“We are happy to say that the Core Banking Software Implementation is in process, he said.
“The first module covering Treasury Services and FINCOM is live, and we are posting to it. The next module to go live covers credit and NHF which together form the engine room of FMBN’s operations”, Madu assured.
