The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) Lagos State Branch recently held an engaging Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) seminar at LCCI, 1 Idowu Taylor, Victoria Island, Lagos, to showcase the real estate industry’s vibrant future.

The presence of ESV Bature Ali Muhammad, FNIVS, the institution’s 1st Vice President, who represented the President, added to the event’s grandeur. ESV. Ayodele Olamoju ANIVS.  was also  among his entourage .

ESV (Otunba) Bola Onabadejo, FNIVS, chaired the seminar and led the discussions with a series of informative presentations on real estate innovations and adaptation.

The event featured engaging presentations on several significant themes:

    Presented by Mr. Femi Madariola, Partner at PWC, this session emphasized the critical role of technology in transforming real estate services and enhancing operational efficiency.
  2. Adapting to Market Disruptions: Navigating the Changing Real Estate Landscape
    ESV Akin Opatola, Principal Partner at Olawale Jordan & Co., shared strategies for real estate professionals to effectively respond to market changes and disruptions.
  3. Innovative Tools in Real Estate: Google MAP/GPS and Drone Technology
    TPL Gabriel Adeyanju, Managing Partner at Gable Consult, discussed innovative approaches using Google Maps, GPS, and drones for effective property identification and analysis.

The seminar also fostered valuable discussions on embracing technology and adapting to industry changes, empowering professionals to thrive in a dynamic real estate environment.
