Friday 5th July 2024, marked the commencement of the 4-day inauguration ceremony for the 26th President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. The day was filled with spirituality, communion, and charity, starting with the JUMA’AT Prayers at the National Mosque, Abuja.
As part of the institution’s tradition and commitment to giving back, the institution presented various items to the less privileged through the National Mosque. This act of kindness was a highlight of the day’s events, showcasing NIESV dedication to supporting those in need.
The Chief Imam led the prayers, invoking blessings and guidance for the leadership and members of our noble profession. His heartfelt prayers resonated with everyone present, reinforcing the importance of faith and community support.
President and Chairman of Council, ESV Victor Adekunle Alonge, PNIVS, FRICS, FCIoD, expressed his gratitude to the Chief Imam for his prayers and support. He emphasized the institution’s belief in the power of prayers and how such outings have become a cherished tradition for NIESV.
He also urged the Chief Imam and his team to continue keeping the institution in their prayers.
