FMBN FIRE INCIDENT: Essential Documents Not Affected

The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) through its Group Head, Corporate Communications, Lawal Isa Kauri last week said that the fire incident at its Corporate Head Office last week in Abuja had no damage on “essential FMBN official documents” as it was promptly contained.

The fire outbreak which began on the 3rd floor was swiftly put under through combined efforts of Fire Services officials and staff of the Bank, limiting it to just the 3rd floor.

Investigations have already commenced by a combined team from the FCT Fire Service, Insurance companies, and in house experts.

FMBN promises to keep the public updated.
