The new Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (FMSTI), James Sule, yesterday said the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) is one of the strongest and most active agencies in the Ministry.

He revealed this when a delegation from NBRRI’s headquarters led by the Director-General, Engr. Prof. Samson Duna, paid him a visit on an official briefing of the institute and its activities.

Welcoming the delegate from NBRRI, the Permanent Secretary said his deployment to FMSTI is a ‘welcome back home’ gesture’ having once served as a Director under the ministry.
