The Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Hamman Madu has said the bank will support the Nigerian Shippers Council’s (NSC) efforts in providing its staff with affordable housing.

Hamman stated this last week when he had a meeting with the NSC Management team led by Emmanuel Jime, the Executive Secretary at the Bank’s head office in Abuja.

The FMBN boss acknowledged NSC’s efforts to leverage FMBN’s suite of affordable housing products to provide decent houses for its staff in Abuja and Kano and acknowledged the problems with the respective developers in delivering the project.

He assured the NSC Team that the new FMBN Management would review and work closely with NSC to amicably resolve all pending issues to enable them to make homes possible for staff.
