The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) held her Annual General Meeting (AGM) yesterday with the theme, 𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in south eastern state of Enugu.

In his speech, the President of REDAN, Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko said the real estate sector is vital all over the world, as it has contributed meaningfully to the economic growth of many nations.

“In our country, there are unlimited opportunities in real estate that are yet to be fully harnessed, he said.

“The sector presents many opportunities which require effective regulations and collaborations by relevant stakeholders such as the government, professional bodies, real estate associations, traditional rulers, cooperative”, he added.
