Alabukun Farms Nigeria Ltd has taken a 10-year lease on a property jointly owned by the governments of Bauchi and Gombe States.
The property called Bauchi/Gombe House is located in the Central Business District of Abuja.
The building formerly occupied by the Federal Character Commission (FCC) had been vacant for four years.
The Principal Partner of Alabukun Farms Nigeria Ltd, Odulate Albert formally took possession of the property on Friday at a ceremony witnessed by representative of Bauchi State Investment and Property Development Company Ltd Yusuf Aruwa, representative of FCC Ernest Eyo, and the broker of the lease agreement Managing Director of Gista Services Ltd Mukhtar Musa.

High-point was signing and handover of papers carrying the lease agreement.
After inspecting the building, the Principal Partner of Alabukun Farms Nigeria Ltd expressed satisfaction saying he will convert it into a tourism facility.
“It gives you an allure — you can make enough from here by renovating it,” he stated adding that tourism is one milestone that is yet to be fully tapped in Nigeria.
